Paid and ordered 8 days ago, but waiting for proofs. Sent polite email about 4 days ago just asking what kind of timescales they work to, not been replied to.
I know their site says proofs slow the process down, but all I've had since paying was the Paypal receipt and confirmation.
Anyone with any experience of how long they take? Any comments from people who have bought off them would be much appreciated..

Standard items bought from their shop I have always had in a couple of days, but they have never EVER replied to any email I have sent them regarding something bespoke or custom! They have a Facebook page my questions were deleted from but they have replied to others posts on there so it maybe just me
Thanks for the response. I'll leave it a little longer and chase again. From reading other threads on here and elsewhere (after I posted...sorry), it appears to be hit and miss service wise, but the product sounds like its spot on.

Dreadful com's ,product A1 better than originals. Took approximately 2 weeks worth the wait ,but always nice to be kept in the loop.
Always reply to me quickly. Proofs sorted one night and decals arrived 3 days later.
I emailed them for some semi custom pike decals in aqua/ turquoise but never had a reply and infact I did it on 2 seperate occasions and never heard a thing 🙁 quite gutted as seeing ricks above they look smart and just as good as originals

I sent a couple to this email info@slikgraphics.com and in my final email I requested either the product (some alpine 160 graphics) or a refund at which point I got an apologetic email. It took about a month to finally get my kit through which is pretty poor. Product was top notch though. I've ordered stock crank skins in the past and had them through pretty sharpish but then again I've also emailed them regarding custom graphics in the past and had nothing back.
I asked some questions about their Stan's decals and got a swift response. Decals were excellent too.
I've tried to contact them 8 or so times over the years.
I've never received a response.
I also had some Stans Decals done in Fluro Yeller, had no probs with comms confirming colour quality etc back and for and they are decent enough.
I can't remember how long mine took to arrive but I did find an email from them was in my spam folder and I couldn't see why.
Maybe some ISPs block their emails as spam and that's why people are getting them?
I got some custom decals done recently, they got back to me within 24 hours when I sent them my designs, then another 24 hours until they replied again asking me to send them slightly different designs.
Proof came through within 3 days of payment, the decals came through within a week.
Id certainly use them again for anything.
Always had excellent dialogue with them myself. Usually a very helpful girl called Emma.
