I'm 6'4" and would like a Cervelo S1

I have a size 60 CX bike and have had a size 60 road bike in the past

should I go for a 61 or a 58 in the frame size (I heard Cervelo's come up big nso you would normally go a size down)

Any help appreciated

Cheers

Ken

Yeti Guy

What set up do you have and particular what size stem do you use?

you need to be fitted by a dealer
"i had a 60cm road bike in the past"
unless you know the effective top tube and stem length that doesn't help and the cross bike will possibly not be the same size as the cervelo.

FWIW i would be a 56 cervelo with 120 stem and i'm 6ft 1 but everyone is different so anecdotal sizing is worthless for sizing you.

All I can say is get fitted. Im 5'10" and you would think I would need a 54cm. After a fitting I ended up with a 56cm S1 with a 110mm stem!

Fantastic bike by the way.

I am 6'3" and a bit and I have a 61cm R3SL and a 61cm S1 as well.

Great bikes, but everyone here is right, you need to get fitted, especially if you are dropping Cervelo sort of cash on it.

Yes.....there's a 61cm S1 in my LBS' sale hence the interest

One of the guys in the shop has a 58 so I'll try that out first just to see if I can work out what size I need
