Size advice Cannondale F29

Hi
I'd appreciate some size advice on the F29. I test rode one a few months ago but can't remeber if it was large or XL ! I'm coming off a Trek Cobia which I like size wise. Looking purely at the geometry of the Cobia 21" here:

Xl if your a 21 is a good fit id think.
Im 6'3" and prefer the fit of the L to the xL.

thanks, just to add to the confusion I'm just under 6'3". Tempted to go Large
