While I understand the fact that free gifts are there to attract new subscribers and therefore new money, whereas existing customers are money already earned therefore next needing to be enticed by free stuff, it's a bit galling that I've subscribed since issue 5 yet have never received any of the free gifts offered to new subs. Would be nice to have a milestone gift, say 5 years of subs or similar, to reward long term customers.
