Hi all.
thanks in advance for any help.
i need to replace my drivetrain and i'm thinking of the surly steel chainring and rear sprocket, however i'm a little unsure of which chain to get the kmc stuff looks good but will the 1/8th chain or the 3/32 be the best one to fit these cogs?
chainring http://www.charliethebikemonger.com/surly-104bcd-chainring-98-p.asp

sprocket http://www.charliethebikemonger.com/surly-cassette-cog-191-p.asp

chains http://www.charliethebikemonger.com/kmc-z510-hx-chain-18-42-p.asp
http://www.charliethebikemonger.com/kmc-z610-hx-chain-332-41-p.asp
i'm assuming the 1/8th chain will be thicker and stronger as it equates to 4/32 which is thicker than 3/32? but will it fit those rings and sprockets?
thanks again ๐Ÿ™‚

need to replace my drivetrain shortly as well was wondering can you use a 8 speed powerlink with one of those 3/32 KMC z610 chains?

i really don't know to be honest but the chain does come with it's own quick link system.
