I've only seen single wheeled load trailers. Could it be because of the difficulty you'd have loading a child into it?
BOB Yak is the classic trailer of course, maybe you could fit a child seat into one of them....

The only single-wheeled chld trailer I've seen is the Tout Terrain Singletrailer... which looks brilliant but costs accordingly:
