Not enough info here to conclusively answer but if you look at the existing bearing seal/dust shield it will tell you which bearing number.

As in, late 90s? Lifetime guarantee 😉
Also, pretty sure the early ones were bushings.

6902-2RS would be my educated guess, but I wouldn't make an order just on the strength of that.

KP5AX is the bearing designation, if its a really old one KP5AX-13 which has a built in spacer washer, but like Submarined said if you're the original owner lifetime warranty. My 1999 vintage bike had a catastrophic failure of the original bearings back in 2008, the replacement bearings lasted less than a year because the spacer washers and main pivot axle were worn, all parts were replaced under warranty and are still running smoothly.
