Running a pair of Ay-ups on the bars and a Fenix L2D on the helmet for SITS and local night rides.
Whats the cheapest, most worthwhile upgrade I could make where I'll see a difference?

orly? i got some ay-ups last year, they're pretty decent as is but if it's easy to upgrade.. any guides or anything about?

You will have plenty of light for sits with that lot. Get a P7 Torch perhpas for a cheapo upgrade - a lot more light
