My mate and I are thinking of heading out to Spain from some warmer riding at about march time next year.

Are Sierra cycling a good company? Has anyone on here used them?

Yes and I wouldn't use them again. Sorry Alan. Not a terrible experience by any means, just have found better.

I used them back in 2003. Had a good week with them & enjoyed the riding. Accomodation was good too.

Not much help 7yrs later i know.....

Just had two weeks with them in June and they were great very accomadating as I had a near novice with me and a child in a trailer.
They have varied riding and good pool/accomadation and free drinks!

I had a week with them in October. I recommend them highly.

Was there for a week in March - good time of the year to go I'd say, shorts and T-shirt weather all week but never too hot to ride. A major selling point is that they're only 30 mins from Malaga airport so you don't lose half a day on transfers (early flight + afternoon ride is very do-able). Accommodation is close to the beach and there must be hundreds of restaurants within walking distance. Jonny was our guide and did an excellent job of matching trails to ability, as well as patching me up and taking me to the hospital when I sliced my calf open.

Excellent news, to be honest it was the shortness of the transfer that appealed to me, and the fact they have a decent hire fleet too

They are one of the longest established companies out in Spain and were known for their more gentler rides.

Some of our guests have been out with them and seems they have more gnarly trails on their itineraries these days, they also said they were very good...

Have fun

Used them about 5 years ago, had a really nice week, would recommend them, perfect for biking/chilling by the beach
