My SIDs are the 120mm model but the available travel has only ever been 110m (measured from the seal to the max travel mark).
I usually run about 65psi but our of curiosity I whacked them up to 100psi today and the stanchions popped up to give the full 120mm.
Any suggestions?

Watch a video on you tube, called fork suck down, you may find this does the trick
