I have got a set of Reba Air forks from and they have a remote lever control, I have bought them second hand but the control seems to be too big for the handlebars? I can see it may need a screw and rubber adapter possibly but cannot see how it tightens as it seems to be a solid plastic cast. Is it a bolt type thing that screws in against the handlebars?

Looks to me like it's missing an inner collar that would tighten on the bar.

Thanks for the link, yes I can see from that listing it does indeed appear to have an inner collar in there. Not sure how best to get it secured yet but I will have to try and figure it out, maybe a rubber type thing like on a bike/gps mount.
You can DIY a shim for that. I did similar using the plastic housing from old hand grip.
