got my grapes and watching on the pc wife wants to know what all the noise is about sub on max to get the full effect 1 min to 9 min count down, go count the stars cowboys !Mark!

We saw Discovery STS124 go last May, nothing can describe the feeling of watching it take off in front of you!

no update due, cost is to much even for the yanks think it is all over by 2015 for the shuttle project

there's no * scary 'different' religions or easily accessible oil in space so the money goes elsewhere

I worked on the shuttle program between 1980 and 1983, and was there for the first flight. That was a very exciting time.

I once saw it fly over the UK after lift-off - it was just a very fast bright light TBH

Late January afternoon back in the early 80s - I couldn't quite figure out how it was still so low as to be able to see it

Would love to see it leave the launch pad
