2010 size XL with Rohloff gearing, now fitted with air Pikes & a Hope stem, rides nice for its weight (not that weight worries me being over 15 stone)

Access to a CNC mill!
I machined away the axle plate shape from a brake adapter similar to a monkey bone.

Chameleon (medium) in big-forked silliness guise:

And recently rebuilt as a pump-tracky, woodland singletrack, playbike type thing:

They really are very versatile... the name sort of says it all ๐Ÿ˜‰

Neat solution Stoner, don't know why other frame makers don't use those On one type brake mounts.

I think theyre great dropouts/trackends. SO verstatile - I normally ride SS, but rohloff for weekends away. In fact my only lament of my old scandal frame is that its vert drop out only and the new ones that DO have slotted drop outs arent made of the same alloy.

The only change Id like to see is longer calliper bolt slots so that you can use the full length of the track end to get extra tyre clearance - as it is you can only move the axle as far as the calliper will allow.
Also I think it would be easy have a rohloff fitting as part of the stamped drop out as standard somewhow.

My old new model Chammy - size large, always felt too high in the BB.

My current old model Chammy - size medium and its awesome for razzing around the woods, especially in singlespeed guise.
