Orange Bikes please
Please no pics of orange filing cabinets :o)
Iv a 'disco' black alpine thats been well used so im going to get it painted in the next month or so, fairly sure im going orange but not sure to go for the bright day glow orange or normal.
Any owners got either the 5 or the alpine with decent pics you can post up?

The newer bike is in neon and the older one is in mandarin, but none of the pictures really capture the colours properly I'm afraid.

my colour perception isn;t A1, it has to be said...
I have a dayglo green Alpine. The colour doesn't photo well. It's very loud (the colour). I bought it as an ex hire so didn't have a choice of colours. I'd probably rather have something slightly less in your face to be honest. I'll take some photos later and see what they come out like.

rover - 1st pic is great - 2nd a bit strange....edging towards neon !
First was taken in the evening when the neon really glows. The second was in bright sunlight, where it just tends to look like a nice bright orange. It will be interesting to get a shot of it in the snow to compare with the last picture as I think that will really show a difference between the mandarin and neon orange.
I really like the candy apple green, how much is it for a respray?
Always said it would have to orange when i bought an alpine - dont dislike the black (and got the frame at the right money at the time) but want a spruce up, looking like neon orange for the win ;o)
Erny - £200 for a full sus, includes them stripping it, prepping etc spray, new pivots bearing etc reaming all the paint off the head tube/bb etc new decals and return postage.

Few changes since this but the colour is Stryker Orange.
Howdy a get the Stryker? That's the one I'd deffo go for but it's just for team frames?
Wwas - apologies it does look orange on this screen, red looking in work!!!
I got it off a scottish gent "Gary Forrest" (Enduro WS Rider) about 6 weeks ago.
Hope team green hubs, brakes and bb along with the Stryker Orange. It is much nicer in the flesh.

It's quite difficult when taking a photo to capture the true brightness of the Neon Orange colour. However, hope this helps.
The Five is Neon Orange (obviously) and the Crush is Carrot Top Orange for comparison.
The last photo is what you normally end up with when taking photos in direct daylight.

Nice work sir. I think they are the best pictures I've ever seen for showing the true neon orange colour. It really is properly neon in real life.

some difference in the two pics! no orange dealers over in ni, any i see are white or powder blue.
The candy green is nice but it looks like neon orange is the winner lol

The Neon Orange is great. My other choice was Raw which I'm still very keen on!

Has anyone got a picture of a sub-zero? I used to lust after that frame, no practical reason as I would never have been able to get the most out of it, but it just looked the nuts!
