The wife took a tumble on her bike on Monday totally trashed her Kingpins - contacted Melon to see if they had a crash replacement scheme at all hoping for at best a some money off a new pair.
Nope - they are replacing them completely free of charge. Absolutely banging customer service. Totally above & beyond expections.
