I don't live in the area, so I'm unlikely to benefit from any club rids or shop discounts.
I intend to ride the Winter Challenge, Set2Rise and the September Blast though.
So, for purely financial reasons, would the saving on the entrance fee by being a club member for those three events cover the cost of membership ?

Correct thinking; membership of £20 will give you ride entry of £10 for the Winter Challenge & Blast, I think set2rise is a bit more depending on team entry etc - but it is reduced. Plus you get CTC insurance cover. So you'll be quids in. Your only choice will then be where your loyalties lie: Vegan Running or SPAM shirt!

OK, thanks FuzzyFelt, I'll go for it then.
It says on your website that on line membership applications will be available soon.
How soon ? In time to join on line and then enter the Winter Challenge ?
Or should I get on and print the membership form and post it with a cheque ?

Might be safest to do it by cheque; I did renew this year by paypal - so it should be possible to do it over the web. See you on Jan 2nd!
