Not ridden round here for about 20 years. Can anyone tell me what it is like to ride now? I remember a steep decent down to the sandpit that I used to give the beans on my Apollo Regatta 😀 Any info welcome, I used to know the area really well as a kid.

You'll probably find when you go and ride it again, there's a fair amount of "rose tinted spectacle" effect going on in your memory right now. Still, there's not really anywhere else to ride in or near to Oxford, so it's better than not riding at all!
My Mum's is within easy riding distance and I was planning on a Christmas morning ride. The logistics are a bit of a pain, so I was wondering if it is worth it. There use to be a little jumpy bit down by Horspath, Is that still there?
