Dunno about Lyriks (other than u-turn, of course) but my 36 Floats are set at 130mm. Changing the travel just needs spacers, and a bit of dismantling.

Floats are a doddle. The spacers are on Mojo's website.

My 36's are set at 140. The spacer just clips in place in the air side. You will need oil though.

36's straight forward you need some oil for the leg and a pillow of the float lube and spacers takes about 30mins , be careful of the o-ring plenty of oil around it , nipped mine once.

Wonder about Lyriks, I've got mine dropped to 160, from 170.. wonder if they go lower.

Not without cutting the spring if they are coil, or changing to the U-turn , if they are air they could possibly be lowered in the same way as floats, but not sure.
