What's is a good short stem to get?

I've got this one. 40mm and pretty sturdy
can it have vary in degrees? i.e. height/tilt. Guess there's many varibles
Renthal, sunline or easton. All great.

How short do you want?
There's millions of different makes and styles out there, but one person's short is 100mm long, whilst another person's short might only be 40mm long if you get me. Different people have different opinions on what short is.
What have you got currently and how much shorter do you think you want?
I have a 50mm Renthal Duo, practically new, that is just too short for me. Looking for £45 posted?

Mine's in silver 80mm size. Looks damn good.

I have an Anthem X4 2011, not sure what Stem it is but it's quite long and was thinking of getting a shorter, so not exactly sure how short to go, maybe 40mm.
Does anyone else own an Anthem and have a short stem and which one suited them?
