Anyone use these?
Will they work with Time cleats? - already got a groove in the sole of my nylon soled shoes & was hoping these will stop my feet rattling around so much.

Yes, I use them along with Crank Brothers pedals. They do a very good job of protecting shoes. I just chucked out a set of 3 year old shoes that had a set fitted and there wasn't a mark on the soles. The metal shoe shield had only a little wear in it.
You could argue it's a lot to pay for a little slither of alumimium alloy, but that's just biking for you 🙂
