I'm an 11-12 and managed to get into the lidl ones on the rare occasions I use spds. Think you've missed them for this year though.

Think Wiggle own brand DHB? always seem to get good reviews from the media. Shimano and Specialized offer budget shoes worth investigating.

Specialized bg sport - good quality - not too dear for a racy shoe and fit really well.
