Shockwiz pressure sensor failure/fault

Damn - seems to be rather common. I've only used it to set up 4 forks and shocks and for a few days each time - I don't think it's ever got wet.

Got it out for the first time since probably May and it's reading negative 38psi at atmospheric pressure. (read 44psi when I connected it to my fork that was at about 90 first of all)

I think it's less than a month out of warranty. SRAM seem to have no direct contact methods either. Damn.

I went back to Tredz even though I was sure mine was out of warranty. Sent them it after an email, I got a brand new one 3 days later. So well worth sending retailer a mail.

Just gut feel but for a product like that with a failure like that I wouldn’t be surprised if they sorted it anyway…

Was replaced under warranty but the replacement now seems to have failed. It’s not reading negative but reads zero Uk to 40psi on the pump then 40psi below actual pressure.

Mine and my digital shock never agree on the air pressure. I don’t mean 1 or 2 psi difference. I mean 10 - 20psi difference. I’ve had it for years buts becoming useless
