Hola everyone.
The shock on my meta is bottoming without actually going full stroke. It's a float rp2 and I still have about 5-6 mm of stroke available.
Is that normal or is there a malfunction.

Needs a service sounds like you've lost some oil/gas or both. Can't help at moment as sourcing damper seals, but should be up and running on these in a month or so.
