I've ordered a ccdb air cs for my five.
Do I need to use specific cane creek hardware or will fox, rockshox etc work?

Fox RS etc. will work. Personally I prefer polymer bushes with RS hardware,
So like this will fit?

It says for a five 22mm yet the fox I removed was 22.2mm so can I get either.

I can't, I need the hardware asap without the risk of not being delivered on time. Or otherwise it wouldn't have been a problem. I need to be able to get from a local shop.
I spoke to a tech guy @ TF on Tues @ 14:30, as I spoke to him he was putting my shock bushes in the envelope, 10 '0' clock the next morning they dropped thro my letterbox.
I wouldn't get too hung up on awaiting delivery
