I have one of those which I used all winter last year. Does the job and definitely worth a punt for that price. No reason why it shouldn't last years either. Nowt wrong with mine despite doing a couple of thousand miles through winter in some God awful conditions. No technical fabrics, and you could get a lot better if you pay for it, but hey, I found it fine.
Sure I paid the full retail price too!
