Just received a pair of Shimanos XC50 shoes, it's not clear on the instructions and I cannot find owt on the Internet, but can you not move the cleat plates in these? It all seems to be sealed with no adjustment possible. There is a review of 'cleat ready' shoes in Aprils MBR if anyone can look for me, I don't have a copy.
