[Closed] Shimano spoke replacement, where can I find hub nuts?

My girlfriend broke a spoke on her XT775 wheels last weekend. Decided to give the wheel to an LBS as I don't really want to practise my wheel trueing on a nice set of wheels.

They have the spokes, but apparently they also need 'hub nuts' (the spokes don't have the 90 degree elbow at the hub, they are straight) and the distributor is out of stock of these, and doesn't expect any for at least three weeks ๐Ÿ™ Gf is not happy as her wheel won't be ready for Twentyfour12!

I was hoping to source the hub nuts myself (only need one but we also ordered a few spare spokes so will need a few) but I don't really know what I'm searching for...any help appreciated ๐Ÿ™‚

None in stock at this link either - but at least it has a part number. I guess you're just gonna have to try a few dealers.

I found that same page but was expecting the part number to include 775? Anyone know if that is the correct part?

Thanks

Hi, still no luck finding this ๐Ÿ™ The distributor isn't expecting stock until the 20th.

I've tried Petracycles, Bonthrone Bikes/SBR Sports, and waiting reply from Swinnertons.

If anyone knows someone who has them in stock please let me know. I only need one!

Its generally listed as WH M975-R hub nut although its the same part for my M775 wheels. Shimano code y-4ck89000 or y4ck89000.

No but most of the shops I've asked have done, and all say the same, next delivery is 20th July. Cuts it very fine to get the wheel sorted for twentyfour12, just a pain as its a centrelock wheel so it'll be a big faff trying to swap wheels/brakes.

Out of the two spare rear wheels we've got, one is waiting on a new freehub and the other has loose bearings! Freehub should arrive in time though...
