I have the old style Saints and I am pretty sure the front needs new seals: Is this easy to do?

It would be as easy as any other brake, but AFAIK, they don't do seal kits. Once of the problems with shimano.

its easier to get a new set since they are so cheap, and it save you time+ you get a set of new pads with it
