[Closed] Shimano Nexus Help! (not darkside - maybe dim side? content?)

HI,
My dear mumsy has a raleigh 3 speed nexus hub, now the bearings have given up the ghost and it has given up the ghost with its bearings. I am trying to replace them now my lbs has tried maddisons who they say are the main importer... and they can't get them, is there any other avenues someone can suggest? they are 7/32" balls in cages and i need the replace the cages. The trouble is one of the cages is mashed up and so would prefer a new oem not just a guess at size? any help or suggestions?
