Think i am being a numpty here!
I have an M770 xt front mech

Supposedly dual pull. I need a top pull (from top tube down) but cannot for the life of me get it to work. Is it just attached straight down or does it require looping round the cam?

HELP before madness sets in! Are they ALL DUAL PULL?

Just straight down here and it works fine

Pretty sure that's straight down between the past cable stop and the mech - no need for the cam

Straight down but remember to use the spacer or if you dont have one, your fingers to get the correct cable tension for the 22T cog before you nip up onto the cable

Sorry - but I only run XTR.

Does this help though - I assume it's the same configuration

Still struggling - i cannot get the chain over to the biggest chainring. Same routing as per druidhs pic.
On the chainset - 68mm shell - 2 spacers on drive side?
