Ebay is weird though ,I bought a new chainring from wiggle for £20 and then saw the exact same one on ebay (wiggle outlet) except it was used and it went for £20 plus £3 postage
I was looking for a GRX front mech recently. Around £50 RRP. I was struggling to find one in stock so looked on eBay and say there were some being offered for up to £100. Twice RRP. Luckily Paul Hewitt had one in stock, which I managed to grab at just below RRP, but I guess that’s how capitalism works. I wonder how many bike components are stuck in the jam in the Suez.
They’re still around if you look in the right places. I ordered one from the US this week which will work out about £135.
