Looking for a rear mech and have come across a shimano one at a good price but it says dyna-sys only?

Is this compatible with other 10 speed shimano stuff like deore shifters?

yep all shimano [u]10 speed MTB[/u] shifters/derailleurs are compatible

10 speed Shimano MTB stuff is Dynasis, one and the same.
