looking on the sites and because there are so many I would prefer to know someone with one that knows that works and does the job.

windproof, rainproof and hopefully breathable ish!!

checked onone but its not rainproof.

Buy a quality waterproof and wear the right spec full sleeve hi vis over the top?

Captainflasheart there is always one!

Cheapest Gore tex will do me. Can't beat goretex.

Yes you can, if you want it to be either cheaper or more breathable.

That's the thing, trying to get a balance between it all is hard.

Ok, waterproof is the most important. Like to go through water and mud and then hose down when home.
