Have read a few reviews saying that these come up small. Is this correct?
Do you think i should go up a full size or half a size, if any?

Assuming they use the same last as the AM40, I had to go up one Euro size.
How do they compare with 5.10 sizes? I've got AM40s in size 45. What's the equivalent if I go for 5.49ers next? Ta!

Come up a bit small: I'm usually a 43. I wear a 44 in Am41s (with a bit to spare for thick winter socks). Got 5:10 Karvers in a 42 which are the slightests smidge smaller than the Am41s.
I am exactly a UK 11 normal shoes.
A UK 11 is usually listed as 46.
In Shimano DXMP66 and AM45 I found I was an EU 47. So go one size up.
In Pearl Izumi I went for EU 48, but it's more like an 11, wheras the 47 (UK 12) was more like a 10 and so too tight.
