Anyone around to show me the best this has to offer? Mon eve 12th July
what time you looking at? can prob get a few out
To suit but to finish before dark
Sorry to but in, but is there a good deal of stuff that's worth riding beyond the Kitchener? I've never found much in my trundles round there.
The kitchener is only a tiny (overused) bit of what pines has to offer
There's miles & miles of little singletrack all over the place-the Kitchener trail uses a very small amount of what's been there for years & more keeps appearing (Now & again) care of the trail pixies... ๐
i can usually get up there for about 5.30
as thefallguy says, there's loads up there if you stray off the beaten track. i can spend a good 3-4 hrs up there and not touch the same trail twice. maybe even longer some days ๐
Thanks - will let you know how my plans work out.
no worries ๐
You still around for the Monday? 5.30 would be good - need to be back later for a bbq ๐
mind if I tag along?
The more the merrier - wont be fast though ๐
You would be 10% quicker if you take the shinpads off - studies have shown...
I will for Thetford !
only been the once & found it terrible all flat with no where to go .has it improved in 3 years

You must have been looking in the wrong places then.
It's not the hilliest place on earth, but there's miles & miles of good fun singletrack, but loads of people moan when they can't find it. Best way to find them is ride with a local a few times if you can.
Sherwood is even more mincy than Thetford - if that can be possible - dial the core down to minus 11 Diane...
you'de be overbiked with the travel in inflated tyres....
great place to ride though, much fun singletrack, even though trendy to dismiss the Kitchener there are some really nice flowey sections.
