I know the Uni do it and NHS? But can you get the scheme through Sheffield CC? Specifically as a teacher and if not would they start one?
Any advice, knowledge appreciated,

I dont think so - get in touch with sheffield pedal pushers campaign, they have a load who work for council etc.

no they don't do it because they have their own [crap] loan scheme.
