The genuine Fox shaft clamps seem like silly money for what they are. Does anyone know of a good alternative? I get the impression there's various places doing small batches of the things so it's a combination of knowing who they are and when there's a batch.

2018 X2 and 34 Fit4 damper in particular.

Love honey probably have something suitable.

Singletrack gets a decent wedge for them.

Thats why i get all my thrust parts, shaft gadgets and rubber things from there rather than more traditional fettish bike shops.

And there was me thinking the first responses would be about bridging it with a block of wood and an old inner tube.

Bounce/Profin do some (UK, might do custom work?)

https://bouncecycles.co.uk/product-category/tools/

WSS, BBI, CXP Racing, Andreani, Matard Factory

If you have a look on instagram there are some small one man bands who make tools all over the world (it can be a PITA trying to find them, I can never remember who sells what)

sordelyshka_zapil on IG makes suspension tools
