Do you set sag when seated or stood in the MBUK "attack position"?

Seated I have always thought - middle weight distribution but obviously depends on how you want the setup i.e. degree of sag...

Official line when I was at Mojo was 'Attack', however if I'm being pedantic, which I am in this case, measure stood then seated and go half way in-between.

I do it sat down on the Meta and it works out nicely and rides well. If I do same on my 456 it doesnt really work out too well for me. ( so I do it standing up over the bars a bit. )

Seated. However, best done while seated in a disabled parking bay at Fairholmes on a Bank Holiday weekend to simulate a good angry/attack stance. 😉
