It has been about 3 years since my forks were last serviced (by a shop).
I have a feeling they could do with a little TLC, so I'm thinking about changing the fork oil.

Is it OK to change just the oil or should I also changes the seals?

thx

I'm no expert but if the seals appear to be in good order and your getting no leaks and the stantions appear in good order too then a oil change on it's own should be fine.

Depends on why you feel they need a service ,if they are leaking oil from the top of the legs and or the seals have damage then get them replaced,I think the seals are standard bomber ones.

I guess I feel they need a service just because they haven't been serviced for so long.

There's no oil leaking or damage to the sanctions.

Performance feels OK and unsure if an oil change is a good idea or not now.
