I think I'm going to try to revive my air shock, before looking at replacing it, as that'll work out cheaper.. I see tftuned do a service kit of o rings for £29 (yes thats £29 for some o rings!) but I can't find online tutorials or step by step instructions of how to dismantle and rebuild...I'm not that much of a dullard when it comes to spannering (but a total dullard with internet searches!) so does anyone have any experience of doing it? its not nitrogen charged so should be easy to do i guess!

I've done it as i have 2 on 2 oranges. An air can service is very easy similar to doing a float. The full service is a little harder involving building some wooden clamps to clamp the shaft and using a vice. The manual is available on the Answer manitou site. CRC sell a full rebuild kit for £24.
