Not sure if I'm being a numpty, but a quick google doesn't show anything..
Are simple taco-only devices which bolt to the ISCG tabs or underneath the BB cup available, to protect your chainring when running a narrow-wide ring?

Some version of this, an E-13 back plate and taco would do the trick.

Find a second hand backplate and get the taco, should be cheaper.
