My nicolai is old and not getting as much use as my road bike....time is a killer when you have kids. Its a 2005 helius with PUSH'd RP3, a range of more modern bits and pieces, inc: 2009 rebas, 2011 xt crank, 2009 easton bars, stans rims on hope pro 2 from 2010.

No idea on value and no idea whether to sell complete or as separate components - any advice?

Complete is easier but you will get more for it separately. My kinesis will prob aly only get 450 complete but judging by individual components on here and eBay you're looking at about 700 (excluding postage)

Part it out if you can handle the heartbreak, it'll make more.

Selling complete gives you a nice warm glow thinking someone is riding your carefully assembled machine though.

To get an idea of value, search classifieds (here and elsewhere), ebay etc. There's a wide range of prices and conditions, but you should be able to get a good idea of how much each part is worth.
