I dont want to judge, but is this normal, legal ? The dog was being made to drag the weight !

Worth mentioning the to local beat manager [pc] or Dog Warden ?

I've cropped out the owner.

I wonder if the owner is dragging a bag of gravel as a training weight? Probably not as his shell suit and 60oz gold chain are heavy enough for his weedy ass!!!! ๐Ÿ˜†

Totally out of order, report to all of the above.

Ears haven't been cropped, it's an English Bull Terrier. But yes, the owner is obviously increasing the dogs stamina for a reason...

Shame as English Bull's are lovely dogs with great temperaments.

Report it. If the knob had any sense he would have the dog dragging a tyre over a grassy field. He can't even train it for fighting properly.

I would have had to say something. That is not the normal taking the dog for a walk, he is clearly being prepared for something, report this to RSPCA and the police.

Did the owner have 'eye of the tiger' playing on his ghetto blaster?

Seeing that picture makes me angry as hell.

Report it to RSPCA as soon as you can, they (RSPCA) will probably involve the police themselves.

while I agree its seems wrong and stange (becuase its probably for fighting training)

I can't help think that a husky pulling a fat bloke on a sled can't be seen as Cruel and be phoning the RSPCA

redthunder, please do report the RSPCA asap, you never know that dog may attack you or family one day if you are in wrong time and place.

It's obvious, the thick owner is training the dog for dog fighting.

Save the public and the dog by reporting it, keep us posted if you have called the RSPCA.

You may also get attacked by a shark, run over by a bus or win the lottery...

Dog's just a bit thick, bad eyesight, thinks it's a really heavy bone. Keeps it on a bit of string so as not to lose it.

How do you know it's not true, eh? EH?

not necessarily training for dog fighting.
weight pull, fly pole and agility all need stamina.
maybe the dog needs more exercise than the fella can give?

i'm sure some of you would brand me a thug into dog fighting, if you see me walking my dog...

Doesn't look cruel to me. Look how excited sled dogs get at the thought of dragging something along, or an average mutt constantly pulling on a lead.
Does look like it's probably being trained for dog fighting, though as others have said there could be innocent explanations.
