I've been having problems with the seat on my bike slipping, not the post in the frame but the angle of the seat on the seatpost.
It's a selle SLR saddle and I've actually used it on two bikes with different seatposts and have had the same problem on both.
I don't seem to be able to tighten the bolt any more than I am. First thought was it was just a bad seatpost design but that fact that it's happened on two different posts got me wondering about the saddle.
Wondering whether to try a different saddle or another different seatpost. Anyone had similar problems and sorted theirs?
I'm sure psychic STWers will be along in a bit to inform us of what seatpost you are using.
I've used it on the standard Specialized one that came with a Specialized carbon stumpjumper and more recently with a Bontrager Race X Lite.
They both have different clamping designs.

Thanks spuddle, might be worth a try as definately cheaper than replacing the seat post or saddle.
