had a fall yesterday and noticed that one of the rails had popped out of the holder
messed around , and now ive got the rail and saddle seperate
how the hell do i get the rail back into the saddle chassis, ive been trying various ways without success

You may well need a bench vice and two or three more people. Or just somebody with a vice-like grip. Apparently it works best to refit the nose ends first, then try to get the tail ends in.
