Bought some spokes online from them over 2 weeks ago, no more contact since the payment confirmation, tried emailing and calling but no answer. Im not in a massive rush, but starting to wonder whether they're in the middle of closing down.
Are you sure they're legit? For the amount of stuff they have on the website there is a distinct lack of business information (company no, VAT details). I'm not saying it's not but I'd be wary..
In any case it looks like Square Deals On Wheels is the full name.. they have a few listings on directory sites and this one has a different number (and fax number!) you could try.
Ive definitely bought spokes off them in the past, but last time was a cpl years ago. Cheers for that other number, will give it a try.

UPDATE
Took exactly 1 calendar month but the spokes turned up and I built my wheel over the weekend. Long story short, owner went on holiday, son was taking care of business, IT problem, nothing happened with orders for a couple weeks. Give the owner a call, he'll tell you all about it, chatty chap.
