I believe you can get away with Till roll inners. Would any one have any idea on the length they need to be.
If they reduce the travel from 120mm to 80mm do i take it they are 40mm long? or is that to simple

Got some proper ones from Tim at Sideways, don't think they were dead expensive. Sorry can't remember the size.

There's a thread on DIYing it somewhere, prob mtbr, IIRC I got away with around 30mm for a fat tyre (i.e. 26" x 4").
I used till inners, a bloke off here sent me 2 gratis.
