Its the time of year I start thinking about next years adventures and the above ^^^^ came to mind.
Who's done it
Whats it like?
B&B or Bivi

I was thinking 6-8 days maybe no need to rush )))

Bigface are you talking about the Tim Woodcock route? I know that some of it is very difficult to navigate, certainly at the N end.

If you mean the 'real' Sarn Helen then good luck ... not much exists anymore. There's bits towards the southern end of Snowdonia and some parts in the Beacons are still good, otherwise there's not much left ๐Ÿ˜‰

If you want to go from N to S Wales mainly off road then I'd take a look at IanB's route here

Attempted it twice, done it once.
It's a hard ride and quite hard to navigate.
I did it in three and a half days.
Wild camped.
I'm doing it again in May next year.
