I bought one as a frame, and built it up with a 130mm Revelation and 3x9. I really like it. Seems to do everything quite well, and all bearings/bushings etc have been fine (had it a year).

There's a couple of reviews in the STW archives somewhere. They liked it as well.

There are a few Kili owners on this forum from recollection, me being one of them.

I've not had any major issues with mine. There is a problem with the routing of the rear derailleur cable fouling on the chainring, which eventually wears out the outer, but I've managed to sort mine with a strategic zip tie. I run mine with a 30t single ring set up, so I may have aggravated this problem myself.

I also slackened out the head angle of the frame with some offset bushings, just to make things are bit more lively.

they aren't the lightest bikes you can buy for your money, but I would happily rate it as a short travel trail bike.
