at that price , definately too good to be true. The frame alone would probably fetch nearly that on ebay.

I've said it before... all these Gumtree ad's offering high-end bikes at silly prices are scams; they're not stolen bikes, they don't even exist in the first place (well, not in the 'sellers' possession anyway), it's just a set of photo's they've picked up off the web and used as 'their bike'...

Try it out... reply to the ad and see how your correspondence goes... guaranteed you won't be able to inspect the bike, they'll want you to pay via some sort of escrow service etc, that supposedly protects your money until it’s delivered to you, in reality they’ll just take your money and run…

Heaps of these types of ads on Gumtree & Craigslist, they’re all scams and a waste of time! Though, it can be fun to **** them around with emails... if you're bored and have the inclination...

Very interested in your bike, i am up in london today visiting family and have the time to come and view it. If its as described would you be negotiable, say £500 and i could buy it today.
